Returns Policy

Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on food products, sauces, condiments, or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

We may accept exchanges only where the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged on arrival.

Return shipping is not applicable for change-of-mind returns because these products cannot be returned for resale.
