Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel it at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us. Once a subscription order has been processed, that order cannot be cancelled, but future recurring orders can be stopped. Due to food safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
